Class Descriptions

Leah and Betty have over 1000 hours of combined training in various styles of yoga, hands on assists, meditation, breath work and restorative yoga for chronic pain, trauma, stress and for first responders. We believe that yoga is for everyBODY and we are here to guide you into seeing what’s possible!

Power Yoga

A dynamic vinyasa flow yoga practice that builds on Baptise Yoga, Journey Into Power. Prepare to breath, flow, sweat and move!

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga program includes specific focus on being mindful while breathing through pain and stress to improve pain management. This is a very gentle program combined with the infrared heat to assist in pain and stress relief. This gentle class is perfect for beginners, those experiencing chronic pain and for all others who want to enjoy these soothing postures to help bring stillness to our busy minds.

Move and Meditate

In this class you will mindfully explore various aspects of yoga such as dynamic movement, breathing techniques, and meditation.
